Cancellation Policy

§ 1. General terms 1.1 Services: FH Productions offers wedding photography and videography services. 1.2 Delivery time: Low season: 1.5 months. High season: 2-3 months. 1.3 Video editing: One editing included in the price. Additional editing: 3,000 DKK. 1.4 Raw files: We do not provide raw files for photos or videos. 1.5 Photographers and videographers: FH Productions has a team of three photographers and three videographers, all of whom work to the same high standard and style. It is not possible to choose a specific photographer or videographer, as we ensure consistent quality across our team. Photos are edited by Faraz, and videos are edited by Bilal. § 2. Payment and deposit 2.1 Deposit: 50% of the total price must be paid upon conclusion of the agreement, no later than 3 hours after confirmation. 2.2 Deposit upon cancellation: The deposit is not refundable if the customer cancels or cancels. 2.3 Balance payment: The balance must be paid in cash on the wedding day when we arrive. If the balance is not paid when we arrive, we will not start working until payment is due. § 3. Cancellation and cancellation by FH Productions 3.1 Cancellation more than 30 days before the wedding day: The deposit is refunded in full. 3.2 Cancellation within 30 days before the wedding day: The deposit is refunded + DKK 3,000 in compensation. § 4. Liability and limitation of liability 4.1 Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to unforeseen events such as illness, natural disasters or pandemics. 4.2 Damage to equipment: If our equipment is damaged or stolen by the customer or their guests, the damage must be covered by the customer's insurance or paid in cash. 4.3 Limitation of liability: We are not liable for any losses, damages or costs to the customer as a result of delay or cancellation of the agreement, unless it is due to gross negligence on our part. § 5. Property and copyright 5.1 Copyright: All images and videos remain our property. The customer is granted the right to use the material for private purposes. Commercial use requires a separate agreement. § 6. Applicable law and disputes 6.1 Applicable law: The agreement is governed by Danish law. 6.2 Disputes: Disputes will be settled by the Danish courts, unless the parties can agree on alternative dispute resolution. § 7. Other provisions 7.1 Amendments: Amendments to the agreement must be in writing and accepted by both parties. 7.2 Validity: The terms and conditions come into effe
